Hewlett Packard is a fine company with outstanding products. I’ve owned so many of them. From the HP Jornada PDA to multiple printers. I really like their products. Once I had a tech support issue though and I was out of warranty. They wanted to charge me $50 just to listen to the issue. Well, the technician was willing to trouble shoot my query and provide resolution. This kept me as a customer for life.
